3 Families :
Children are always welcome in our Cottage but please note that there are areas and stone floors, open mezzanines, stairs and terraces which might not be safe for very young children. Our Barn is not suitable for children, but very young infants (not walking or crawling) can stay with parents. Parents and guardians are reminded that it is their responsibility entirely for the supervision and safety of their children during your stay at all times.
4 Baby Equipment :
We are happy to provide a travel cot complete with mattress and a high chair at no extra cost. We cannot guarantee that they will comply with British Standards. You should bring your own bedding.
Our accommodation is described on our website and in our information folder. A welcome pack is included on arrival with basic produce for your first evening meal and breakfast. Great care and thought has been taken to furnish and equip both Cottage and Barn to a high standard . We do understand that sometimes items get broken or damaged accidently. Please tell us as soon as you can so that we can replace them for the next guests.

In accordance with European regulations smoking is not allowed in any of the properties or the buildings on site or in the pool area. You may smoke on the terraces and in the garden but please do not leave smoking litter around.
All our properties are cleaned for your arrival. During your stay we would ask you to take good care of the property; and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your rental, with all rubbish bagged, ready for the next guests. Should your property be left in a poor condition or if there is damage to the structure, furniture or equipment, we may have to deduct these expenses from your security deposit.

The pool area is illuminated at night and there are in-pool lights. The pool is only heated directly by the sun, reaching about 28C in mid July - Aug.
