2 Capacity :
The capacity stated in the property description is the maximum, we do not add extra beds.
3 Families :
Children are always welcome in our Cottage but please note that there are areas and stone floors, open mezzanines, stairs and terraces which might not be safe for very young children. Our Barn is not suitable for children, but very young infants (not walking or crawling) can stay with parents. Parents and guardians are reminded that it is their responsibility entirely for the supervision and safety of their children during your stay at all times.
4 Baby Equipment :
We are happy to provide a travel cot complete with mattress and a high chair at no extra cost. We cannot guarantee that they will comply with British Standards. You should bring your own bedding.
Our accommodation is described on our website and in our information folder. A welcome pack is included on arrival with basic produce for your first evening meal and breakfast. Great care and thought has been taken to furnish and equip both Cottage and Barn to a high standard . We do understand that sometimes items get broken or damaged accidently. Please tell us as soon as you can so that we can replace them for the next guests.
6 No Smoking:
In accordance with European regulations smoking is not allowed in any of the properties or the buildings on site or in the pool area. You may smoke on the terraces and in the garden but please do not leave smoking litter around.
All our properties are cleaned for your arrival. During your stay we would ask you to take good care of the property; and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your rental, with all rubbish bagged, ready for the next guests. Should your property be left in a poor condition or if there is damage to the structure, furniture or equipment, we may have to deduct these expenses from your security deposit.
Bed linen, house-towels and pool/beach towels are all provided. Please only take the beach towels to the pool and beach not the house towels. If you are staying 2 weeks a change of bed linen will be provided for you mid-stay. All our linen is from the White Company and if we have to replace linen, due to damage or stains from sun tan lotions or oils, we will replpace with White Company items.
9 Swimming Pool:
The pool is open from May to October (weather dependant). You may use the pool whenever you want during your stay as there are no pool times. The pool is shared between the Barn and Cottage. Please be respectful of other visitors while you are around the pool and try not to be loud (such as screaming or shouting) or annoying as it is a shared area. The pool area is illuminated at night and there are in-pool lights. The pool is only heated directly by the sun, reaching about 28C in mid July - Aug. Please keep the main pool cover on when not in the pool area to help keep the heat in the pool. The pool is 12 x 6 metres with a 4 x 4 meter shallow steps area. The depth is approximately 1.2 metres in the shallow end graduating down to 2 metres in the deep end. The pool is situated within its own landscaped enclosure and is accessed via a locked gate. Visitors will be given a key to the pool area on arrival. The gate must be kept locked at all times in accordance with French law. Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the visitors own risk. The owners accept no liability. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16 at all times.

We regret that pets are not allowed.
It is vital that you make your own arrangements regarding holiday insurance to protect yourself and your family against medical expenses, cancellation of your holiday and other losses that may be incurred. All UK residents should have the European Health Card (EHIC), which has replaced the E111. The EHIC allows you to access free or reduced cost medical treatment for accidents or illness whilst on holiday.
